1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return or refund. For eligibility, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we take full accountability. We’ll offer a full refund or a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us at support@autopartsdirect.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We’ll promptly arrange a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized/customized items are final sale, except when they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we’ll reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Request

5. Refund Processing
