Airdog DF220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System – Engineered for 1994 to 1998 Dodge Ram trucks with Cummins diesel engines

Description

This is the AirDog II-5G DF-220 fuel system for the 1994-1998 Dodge Ram P-Pump 12V Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A draw straw is installed in the fuel tank to supply fuel to the pump.  The pressure side connects directly into the side of the P-Pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and block mounted pump. The injection pump return is tied into the engine return to eliminate the need for the factory filter head. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the filler neck return tee.  This is a 220GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for heavily modified trucks.
