This BulletProof upgrade, uses a patented H-Core technology (helically-wound internal stainless-steel tubing) to add a level of durability meant to last the lifetime of your vehicle. All joints and seams are TIG welded or vacuum brazed to increase durability.
The Cummins 6.7L EGR Cooler from Bullet Proof Diesel features the latest, patented EGR technology. This new interior tube design makes the internal structure more forgiving, and thus allows this EGR Cooler to survive through heating/cooling cycles as well as thermal events long after most EGR coolers fail.
