Gates Nylon Sleeves perform a dual role: First, they provide excellent abrasion resistance to protect individual hose and second, they can be used to bundle several hose assemblies together for maximum protection. Downtime and maintenance costs are reduced. These Nylon Sleeves are unique because they form an extra protective layer against abrasive forces. Specifically, thousands of tiny Nylon filaments, woven into the texturized yarn, “friz” into a self-renewing shield that is extremely resistant to severe abrasion.
