Aftermarket fuel systems for the ’05 and newer Dodge trucks require modifications to the in-tank fuel pump module or a stand alone pickup tube. Both of these solutions cause the dreaded “1/4 tank issue”. Due to the lack of baffling in the stock fuel tank, combined with pickup tubes or in-tank module modifications, below 1/4 tank your truck will starve for fuel when going up hills, parked on inclines or under heavy braking/acceleration.
This fuel sender module replaces the in-tank pump/module combination used on ’05-’12 trucks and allows the installation of an external fuel pump without the 1/4 tank issues. This replacement module works great with the AirDog 100 and Raptor 100/150 fuel systems. No more running out of fuel, no more in-tank pump!
